We have chosen today to be dedicated to the memory of those who died so that we can be free. Our thanks go out to them, and our hearts go out to their families and friends.
We are saddened when our people and government send our brave young men and women into harm’s way, and then, growing weary of the struggle, squander what they sacrificed. We must do our fallen the honor of finishing the fight in our favor, or we must not send them into armed conflict in the first place.
